Maria’s Pasta Project was inspired far from home – at a small, local spot in Greece where every plate of pasta was made fresh, the sauces were divine, and the hospitality felt like you belonged. We returned determined to capture that same spirit in Northwest Indiana: quality ingredients, pasta cooked to perfection, and service that feels personal.
